I am Jasper Nikki De La Cruz, a lawyer from the Philippines. I am currently contracted by the Energy Regulatory Commission as an Energy Regulatory Legal Support Specialist. Immediately preceding this, I was a Legal Assistant and then a Legal Officer for Project SPLIT at the Department of Agrarian Reform Provincial Office of Davao de Oro.

Prior to my career in law, I labored for more than a decade writing for several online publications dedicated to the video game industry, such as the rebranded Xfire, the now-defunct Player Assist, and Nerdvana Central, among others. On a more serious note, I was once the editor of Science Times.
